Carrie Garcia Sanders Joins Sargent Law as Senior Counsel
Sargent Law, P.C., is proud to welcome Carrie Garcia Sanders as Senior Counsel. Carrie is a 14-year trial attorney focusing on personal injury litigation, primarily defense. She has tried more than 40 cases before a jury and is licensed in Texas and Mississippi. With have an extensive background in automobile accidents and medical malpractice, she is heavily involved in trucking and commercial liability matters.
In addition to his law firm experience, Carrie served as in house counsel for State Farm, United Automobile Insurance, and GEICO; and served as outside counsel for Progressive Auto Insurance.
Carrie is a local native born in Garland, Texas and enjoys live local music and traveling. She lives with her husband Mark and two rescue cocker spaniels, Billy Joe and Levon in east Dallas, Texas.
