Clinton Smith comes to Sargent Law with substantial experience in matters related to trucking, property damage, and intellectual property. Before receiving his law degree, he majored in Mechanical Engineering at Texas Tech University. As an engineer, Clinton worked on major transportation and water infrastructure projects with companies such as The Walsh Group and Kiewit Corporation. This experience has given him a solid grasp of the complex and highly technical aspects of the cases he handles, allowing him to give his clients a level of representation not all attorneys can offer.
Those who have worked with Clinton describe him as a team player and have come to rely on the highly collaborative way in which he works. His fellow attorneys know that anytime they have a question or are in need of an extra set of hands on a case, Clinton is ready to donate his time and talents.
Outside the office, Clinton enjoys running half-marathons, working on cards, and the ins-and-outs of additive manufacturing.
