Sargent Law Attorney Named Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers

Attorney Mark Lankford receives honor by Thomson Reuters owned publication

DALLAS – Sargent Law, P.C., a defense litigation boutique, is pleased to announce that Mark Lankford has been chosen for the Texas Rising Stars 2024 edition by the Thomson Reuters-owned Super Lawyers publication. Mr. Lankford specializes in personal injury defense.

Mr. Lankford’s experience includes transportation, premises liability, construction and commercial litigation, including successfully defending several trucking companies in multimillion-dollar suits.

Mr. Lankford comes from a national defense litigation firm where he worked on insurance and commercial litigation matters and obtained a dismissal of $100 million in a trucking litigation dispute.

His background includes work on high-profile constitutional litigation and First Amendment issues. He earned his J.D. with honors from Baylor Law School and is currently a candidate for an Executive LLM in litigation management.
