Sargent Law Welcomes Associate Alyssa York
Sargent Law, P.C., is proud to welcome Alyssa York as Associate. Alyssa has experience assisting on matters involving family law, personal injury, criminal defense, and probate. She also served as Intern for United States Representative Jeb Hensarling (R-TX 5th District).
Alyssa earned her Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law. While there, she earned numerous best-in-class distinctions at trial competitions including: 1L Mock Trial Competition, TYLA National Trial Competition, Mack Kidd Administrative Law Moot Court Competition, and In Vino Veritas Mock Trial Competition. She holds memberships in the Organization of Women Law Students and Phi Delta Phi legal honor society.
She served as the Executive Symposium Editor of Estate Planning & Community Property Law Journal, as well as Director of Fundraising and Moot Court and Mock Trial Committee member for the Board of Barristers.
Alyssa was born in Lubbock, Texas and attended high school in Frisco, Texas. She enjoys watching Red Raider football, traveling and spending time with her family. She is also volunteers at Experience Life, a faith-based organization.
