Mark Lankford joins the firm with previous experience in commercial and business litigation, election law, premises liability, trucking, and construction-related matters. He joined Sargent Law in January of 2024 because of the opportunity it afforded him to work with people and tell their stories in a way that would meaningfully impact their lives. Mark is a detail-oriented and aggressive advocate who takes time to listen to those he represents so that he fully understands their point of view and what they’re hoping to accomplish. With that understanding in place, he’s able to set their case on a path to resolution by crafting creative legal strategies that give his clients the best chance at success.
Mark is known for his varied experience and heightened attention to detail. Over the years, insurance companies and other businesses have turned to him when they need an extraordinary investigator capable of digging deep into a case and developing a compelling narrative. Mark believes that there’s no such thing as an unwinnable case. There are only difficult scenarios that can be overcome with creativity and perseverance.
