Martha Posey was exposed to the law at a young age. Her father was an attorney, and years later, following in those footsteps has been a natural fit. Upon joining Sargent Law in 2018, Martha quickly became an asset to the firm, with extensive experience in defense of negligence lawsuits and practicing in federal courts. “A lot of my work involves digging deep into different issues,” she says. “Whenever I’m working with a client, I know the preparation I’ve done has given them the best chance of success.”
Before becoming an attorney, Martha worked as a business analyst in the financial industry, gaining an eye for detail and an ability to quickly analyze documents for important information; experience which has aided her greatly over the years. A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Martha is licensed to practice in Texas as well as New Mexico.
